Bart Rosseau joined the Ghent city administration in 1996 and has been in charge of its communication strategy since 2007.
Following the evolutions in media use and new tools, he develops and adapts the city’s approach to information management, the organisation of public communication and the relationship with its citizens. He was one of the organisers of the first Belgian Open Data event, AppsforGhent.
